Etalon Research is a young and dynamic R&D consultancy, specialising in the development of scientific measurement equipment, for both industry and academia. We also produce the rtCam; the world's first commercially available real-time Particle Image Velocimetry system. The rtCam allows users to measure fluid flow velocities instantly and non-invasively, over the whole of a 2D measurement plane. The software also provides real-time calculation of flow statistics such as vorticity or turbulence intensity levels, as well as streaming of all data to disk.
